Welcome

Welcome to the Privacy Research Project.

For far too long the question of privacy has been mired in the interests of those performing surveillance, prioritizing the concerns of those with the power to act. The Privacy Research Project aims to change the conversation back to individual privacy and safety.

Areas of interest include:

  • Targeted advertising
  • Corporate data brokering
  • Surveillance in public places
  • Software telemetry monitoring user behavior

The goals of this project are to elevate the conversation around privacy, and to promote public policy change.
